Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

 

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
